Products, prices and orders
Material product characteristics, the total price, delivery charge, taxes and available payment method are shown before order submission. You can review and correct checkout details before paying. An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance; supply remains subject to stock, pricing verification and verified payment. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will communicate and provide an appropriate refund.
Payment and fraud checks
Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not store complete card details. We may pause an order for reasonable verification and will not mark an order paid until a verified provider notification is received.
Delivery, returns and records
Delivery estimates begin after payment verification and may vary by destination. Tracking and transaction records are available through My Account or the tracking page. The Delivery and Returns policies form part of these terms.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, POPIA or other applicable South African law.
