Delivery coverage
We deliver to serviceable addresses within South Africa using tracked courier services. Delivery options, costs and estimates are displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days and express delivery 1–2 business days in supported metros. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking and risk
Tracking events are available from the order-tracking page. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Risk passes on confirmed delivery to the nominated address.
Delays
Weather, courier network disruption and peak periods can affect estimates. We will communicate material delays and assist with courier investigations.
